Our community is built for tiny houses. All lots are made to fit houses with 8-10′ wide and 16-30′ long, with additional space for build-outs and flowerbeds.

Our Community

Welcome to the Grove Tiny House Community (GTHC), a beautiful residential community for tiny home owners in north of Knoxville, Tennessee. We are just 5 minutes from Norris lake, 35 minutes from Knoxville’s downtown, and in the proximity of the Great Smoky Mountains.

 

GTHC aims to provide affordable long-term lot rentals for homeowners and full accommodation for Airbnb guests. With acres of undeveloped wood land with mature trees, our residents can enjoy fresh air & clean environment, and the beautiful view of a distant mountain. GTHC is a well-built, well-managed community with asphalt access roads, lawn mowing service, dog park, spacious lots with 2-car parking and other amenities that are not always found at other tiny house communities.
