About The Grove Community

The Grove tiny house community is located about 30 minutes north of Knoxville TN downtown. It is designed and built specifically for tiny house residents; thus, it caters well to the residents’ needs. Surrounded by undeveloped wooded area, the community can enjoy the natural shades, fresh air and the beautiful view of a distant mountain. Located near Norris Lake, known as her beauty and crystal clear water, residents can easily enjoy fishing, water sports or boating on the weekend. The community is also conveniently located within 30 minutes from major shopping centers, local employers and other local attractions. Overall, the Grove tiny house community offers the best quality of life at an affordable rental rate.

Amenities

THE ESSENTIALS

At the Grove, our residents do not worry about lacking of the essential, all-included amenities such as trash dumpsters, mailbox and city water. Each lot has its own electrical meter for direct billing. In additions, residents also have common areas like nature trails, plenty of rest spots and benches, and outdoor BBQ burners.

LANDSCAPED GROUNDS

The Grove’s management team provides full lawn mowing service in common areas and residential lots so that our residents do not need to own expensive equipment. We ask our residents to keep their space tidy, clean and curb appealed so that we can do our job better for our residents, and upkeep the overall condition for the community.

ON-SITE MAINTENANCE

Although maintenance is not seen obvious to everyone, it is one of the main task and takes the management team a lot of time and effort. We upkeep the system system, access roads, dumpster area, mailbox area and other common areas. We repair water leaks, repair access roads, clear sewage blockages, etc. Our residents only need to take care of their own lots and enjoy living at the Grove.

PET FRIENDLY

Pets are wonderful friends and we know how important they are to many of us. The Grove tiny house community can’t be complete without a dog park and pet friendly policy. We reserve a fenced area where residents can let their dogs roam free, but we do ask our residents to follow our Pets policy to maintain the park clean, and keep other people and pets safe.

PRIVATE PARKING

Each residential lot has a 2-car parking and plenty of space for build-out (i.e. decks, above-ground pool, etc.) and gardening. We aim to maintain a good balance of provided amenities and affordability, and help our residents to maintain the best quality of life.

Policies

The Grove tiny house community aims to provide and maintain a decent living environment, but we can’t do that alone. Our management team will do our best to upkeep the environment and provide the most reasonable policies to balance privacy and consideration for all residents. We ask our residents help us by being a responsible tenant and a good neighbor.
