Our tiny house community is located in a quiet, reserved residential area in the suburb of the Knoxville Metro Area; thus, we are 20-45 minutes from local attractions such as Knoxville’s Downtown and museums; shopping centers in Farragut and Oak Ridge; major employers like the University of Tennessee, Eagle Bend Manufacturing and Covenant Healthcare; retailers like Costco and West Town Mall; and public parks and marinas providing boat access to the beautiful Norris Lake known for her crystal clear water.
Environment
As a part of the Smoky Mountain’s eco system, Knoxville and its surrounding cities have a lot to offer with beautiful nature views, fresh air, clean water and the lakes. Every year, millions of visitors have come to the region for nature, outdoor sports and activities, Fine Arts, or simply a change in atmosphere. Knoxville Metro Area is a very desirable place for all ages to visit or to live.
Cities
Knoxville Metro Area includes the city of Knoxville, the main and the most populated city in the metroplex, and smaller surrounding cities like Farragut, Oak Ridge, Clinton, etc. Each city has its own unique characteristics, from urban to tourist attractions, and/or farming. They support each other economically and environmentally, and together, they provide a quite interesting reason to visit or live in.

Knoxville is just a few hundred miles from Nashville TN, Memphis TN, Chattanooga TN, Atlanta GA and Lexington KY. Those are great destinations for a weekend trip whether you want see the Music City Nighttime of Nashville, Elvis Presley’s Estate in Memphis or horse racing in Lexington. Overall, the beautiful nature, pleasant weather, social diversity and friendly atmosphere everywhere in East Tennessee provides a wonderful living environment.
