Our tiny house community is in a quiet, reserved residential area that is within 30 minutes from local attractions such as cities of Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Farragut and Clinton; employers like University of Tennessee, Eagle Bend Manufacturing and Covenant Healthcare; shopping centers and retailers like Costco and West Town Mall; and marinas providing boat access to the beautiful Norris lake known for her crystal clear water.
Environment
Knoxville and surrounding areas have much to offer with beautiful nature views, clean air, clean water and lakes. Talk about population, balance of nature and man-made resources.

Talk about the area contains a few smaller cities. Overall, it’s not too crowded but it’s also well built cities. Talk a bit about each city: Knoxville, Clinton, Farragut, etc.
